Three packages for the three stages most social-sector organisations move through — year-round charity account management, compliance and reporting for one fixed monthly fee. FreeAgent included at every level, no hourly billing, and never a surprise on the invoice.
All prices + VAT, monthly rolling. Registered audits (income over £1m, or where your governing document requires one) are coordinated by us and quoted separately. Your exact package is confirmed in writing first.
Clean restricted-fund tracking and reports that make your next grant application stronger, not a scramble.
A sensible reserves policy and the cashflow visibility trustees are personally accountable for.
Numbers presented so a volunteer board can actually govern — plain-English management accounts, not a spreadsheet dump.
Every package is ongoing account management, not a once-a-year job: books, funds, deadlines and filings looked after all year by a named accountant. Running a Community Interest Company? See exactly what we do for CICs on our CIC accountants page.
By the size and complexity of your organisation, not by the hour. Small community groups and new CICs start at £39 + VAT a month; larger charities with SORP accounts, payroll and grant reporting sit higher. Every price is fixed and agreed in writing first.
Independent examination is included in the Established and Impact packages where your income makes an examination (rather than a full audit) appropriate. If you require a registered audit, we coordinate it and quote separately.
Our pricing already reflects that money should go to the mission — FreeAgent is included free, and our fixed fees are deliberately accessible. We'd rather price fairly than pretend to discount.
Gift Aid claims are included from the Established package up. Restricted-fund tracking and standard funder reports are included where relevant; bespoke funder reporting is quoted if it's unusually heavy.
Yes — from a first CIC to a multi-fund charity with staff. As you add payroll, trading activity or audit requirements, you move up a package rather than getting surprise bills.
Ongoing charity account management means we keep your books, funds and filings running all year, not just at year-end: bookkeeping and bank reconciliation, restricted and unrestricted fund tracking, Gift Aid claims, deadline monitoring for the Charity Commission, Companies House and HMRC, and a named accountant you can ask anything. It's included in your fixed monthly fee rather than billed by the hour.
This page is about price. If you want the detail of what we actually do for a Community Interest Company — CIC34 reports, corporation tax, accounts and payroll — read our CIC accountants page, then come back here for the fee.
